連日暑い日が続いていますね
。
この暑さにも何故か慣れてきているような気がしますが。
ただ、この時期気をつけなければいけないのが「熱中症」ですよね。
私たちの体は動くことによって熱がうまれています。と同時に異常な体温上昇を抑えるための調整機能も備わっています。
汗をかいたりして体温調整しているのですが、高温の環境に長時間いると、この機能が乱れてしまうことがあります。
それによって、めまいや立ちくらみ、手足のしびれなど多くの症状があらわれる「熱中症」となるそうです。
炎天下でのスポーツや作業など屋外にいるときもそうですが、意外にも、気温や湿度の高い日に、風のない室内で家事をするだけでも熱中症になることもあるようです
。
高齢者や乳幼児、寝不足や栄養不足の時などになりやすいそうなので注意しなければなりませんね。
万が一熱中症になってしまったら、涼しい場所に移動して体を冷やす（特に首筋や脇の下など）、衣服をゆるめる、水分をとる。
けいれんや意識がなくなるほどの症状だったら救急車を呼ぶ等の処置をする。
私は夏が好きなんですが、なんだかだんだん夏が過ごしにくくなってきているような・・。
